INSTRUCTIONS ON EXERCISING THE CONSUMER'S RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM A DISTANCE CONTRACT AND A CONTRACT CONCLUDED OUTSIDE THE MERCHANT'S BUSINESS PREMISES

 

1. Right to withdraw from the contract

 

You have the right to withdraw from your contract without giving any reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

When exercising your right to withdraw from the contract, please inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) to the following address: Martina Špetíková, place of business: Cyrilometodská 6, 940 02 Nové Zámky, Slovak Republic, Company ID: ..........., registered in the Trade Register of the District Office of Nové Zámky, Trade Register number: ................, e-mail: info@better-with-martina.com, telephone number: 00421 949 209441.

For this purpose, you can use the model withdrawal form that we have provided or sent to you, but its use is not mandatory.

The withdrawal period is observed if you send notification of your exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.

 

2. Consequences of withdrawal

 

After withdrawal, we will refund all payments you have made in connection with the conclusion of the contract. Payments will be refunded to you no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract. The refund will be made using the same method you used for your payment, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method of refund, without incurring any additional fees.

If you requested the commencement of the service during the withdrawal period, you are obliged to pay us the price for the service actually provided until the day you notified us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
