Hypnotherapy Session From the Comfort of Your Own Home (1,5-2 hrs)
In your session, we gently explore your issue on a subconscious level — getting to the root cause, not just the symptoms. I’ll guide you through the entire process in a safe and supportive way.
All sessions are held online and are just as effective as in-person.
You’ll need a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed.

After your session, you’ll receive a bespoke audio recording tailored specifically to your needs and goals.
Listen to it daily for 21 days.
