- 30min consultation for me to gather all important details for your recording
- 30-60min for the recording to be created and sent over to you

This service is not suitable if you can see a pattern in your physical and emotional states. E.g. You need to undergo a surgery and you feel crippled with fear which you have already noticed in previous situations. In this case, a full session is necessary in order to remove the root of the fear and successful implementation of the new programming.
